Occasional Use:

Recognizing that there are some visitors not plating as a major part of their hobby, or who have searched manually and still can't find the plate, I understand that these two occasional use situations do not justify a full access subscription.

To help out the casual plater, I'll process through the Index
up to 5 items, once a month for such users.

That is:
5 stamp measurement sets maximum
ONE email per month
A reply in about a week

Actual response time depends upn my other concerns.
