Subscribing to the Index.

Please read carefully the entire page and especially the terms in the next paragraphs!

By subscribing you accept these terms and any later modifications posted here.

This subscription is for your use only, it is not to be shared and your password is not to be published. When I find any such action happening through the tracking logs, I will disable that password and your account, without notice, without refund!

Access to the Index is not guaranteed due to any actions beyond my control, most notably should the hosting server be off line due to storm or other situation. For the last several years, this host has been 99% up with the exception of the three Hurricanes that devastated the south coast of the US. It is your responsibility to check with your provider first, in cases of denied access - some ISP's choose to block 'password' sites.

You must have Javascript 1.3 or above installed and enabled on your browser for the forms and button to work.

Once you email me this information, go ahead and
make payment through Amazon.

Your account will not be set up until I receive
the above information -=and=- payment!

The cost of the subscription is US $1.25 per month
or part, pro-rated to 31st May of each year.

After I receive confirmation of your payment,
I will activate the account and email you a password
within two business days.

The password is a CGI random generation and is NOT changeable by you.

Make sure that your filters will accept email from the "mailto:" you used above.
I will reply using the email you send.

Payment services are through Amazon.com,
I never see your credit card information.
Paypal is NOT an option - I do NOT accept it!
Please do not ask for an 'exception'.

Clicking the payment button below will allow you to purchase personal usage
of my on line Index to "Plating The Penny" until 31 May.

After password activation, if you can not access or use the Index [technical problems] or simply do not wish to continue using it, please notify me directly within 10 days.

If we can not resolve any problem[s], or you simply wish to cancel, I will deactivate the account and immediately refund the charges back to your credit card through Amazon's 'A-to-Z Guarantee'.

However ... you will not be allowed another account for 6 months.
