Repairs to the Plate by Re-Entry

Plate 9 - Red Printings

In State 1, there is a VGL in the N.E., and there is no die dot.

In State 2, the die dot re-appears, the "O" Flaw is closed but a 'dent' appears in the baseline. Both check letters "G" and "D" are thinned, and there is a slight scrape outside the left border.
